Also regardless of the date preference we need a critical mass of player to run this. If only say 15 want it to happen then I'm afraid all of those 15 people should be prepared to run at least a Section, if not a Troop or Platoon. Good news: They think 14 attendees (hopefully to grow as it gets closer) is just enough to warrant the development / scripting / QA work load. If it falls below 14 in terms of entries in the manning list - we will continue to build them but will cancel the event and just keep the missions for a more suitable time. Jun '19 perhaps - given that historically June is a "good" turn out. That booking would need to get in early to avoid conflict with other events. Bad news: one of the team can't develop their mission so I get to do two. Manning list threads will go up soon.
