Strongly suggested, if possible, that you arrive 30 - 45 mins prior for briefings, comms checks, making sure everyone has the right version of SB, etc. so we can start at H hour.

If you turn up part way through we will "pause" and you can join.

Of course, the later we start the longer it will go for.

Key:

Red  = Must fill

Blue = Should fill

Black = Nice to fill

Purple  = Part of a pair and unlikely to be filled (see note below).

You'll note the Alpha call signs in most of the Troops are Scorpions (F8 control only). Unless we are overwhelmed with attendess, the Alpha callsign in each Troop will also have a crewable vehicle too (A and C). The Troop Leader will have the Bravo. These paired vehicles are marked in Purple above. Ideally, we need three humans per five vehicle Troop.

If you all pick Black slots, people will be re-assigned to ensure that Red or a Blue ones are filled and then we'll worry about the Black ones. If you are brand spanking new then happy for you to occupy a junior call sign - but the units all need some people in them otherwise it will be unfair on the OC positions "19", "29" and "66B".

Lastly a note on callsigns. "19" is One Niner, not Nineteen. :)

Done. :)

Thanks for starting the ball rolling.

Again I'll do the CO / Co-ord the Blue (Aust) and Green (USMC) units.

Of course if someone else really wants to do it - all theirs, but experience suggests people rarely want to fill command appointments in these things.

We'll still need 2 OCs (to run the two sub units) but I'll help those two come up with a plan. That way we wont have both wanting to go up say the coast road.

Cannot sign up for this one as up at 5AM next morning - sorry.

Understood.

However given that you are in Mission 2, perhaps the missions will finish early enough (remember the timeline above is very rough) and you might be able to start "3". See how we go. :)

Team,

Getting lots of nominations for Platoon Commander's :)

Not too many want to be Company commanders. :(

We need V19, T29, 66A and 4-1 (66B) filled otherwise we'll have no artillery and a bunch of Platoon Commanders wandering around like decapitated chickens.

My offer to CO was to Co-ord the Blue and Green plans - I'm not devising and executing a plan for a scenario I've built. :)

T23A, please.

I've put you there but "TBC". If there are still Platoon Commander slots vacant as we get closer, you may need to be moved.

I can't afford to have a Platoon with more than one player, if other Platoons (or Companies) have no one.

A-61 and Eagle.

I have no issues managing all the Aviation assets, if necessary.

Well one lot is on Blue and the other is Green so I'm afraid you can't manage "all" of them. :)

Standing by for the result of the coin toss.
