Administrators Sean Posted November 6, 2018 Administrators Share Posted November 6, 2018 This site will have a few hours of downtime sometime in the next 3 days for migration to new server infrastructure. Thanks

Gibsonm
I think the site is back up - hence this post. But I gather that the TS server is now off line?

Rotareneg
I'm seeing the same thing, Chrome and Firefox, mobile and desktop, and even after clearing Steelbeasts.com cookies. Also get an error when trying to link images or YouTube: The link could not be embedded because of an unexpected error: Internal Server Error: "Something went wrong. Please try again.". Members Ssnake
We had two things happening lately, the adoption of https encryption, and the surprise migration forced by the ISP. I wouldn't rule out that something happened that may either require different browser settings (like bookmarks), or where we still need to adjust things.

TSe419E
Dr. Hat pointed out on Kanium’s discord channel that switching to “https://steelbeasts.com” should solve the problem. It did fix the issue on my phone.

Perhaps your browser is trying to be "helpful" by resolving the domain name it is used to using as opposed to what you typed in (auto complete, etc.)? https://www.steelbeasts.com (this works for me) is different to: http://www.steelbeasts.com (this does not work for me) Edited November 9, 2018 by Gibsonm

Yes, my browser was/is trying to be helpful. Added the "s" to the http and all set. (edited my bookmark) Had to look twice to see that s in there, getting old lol. <S>
