Sgt_Hotcliff Posted October 31, 2008 Share Posted October 31, 2008 Gentlemen, I am a newbee, having purchased SBProPE and struggling with tutorials on my stationary PC, everything is wonderful and I just love the sim, the mods, skins, sounds..I am extatic! But, as a travelling man in work, I really want to install it on my laptop HP8510p, a good machinewith Vista Business 32..but no success.. I have read all threads about this and tried everything.. Installed directX9c and the Codemeter v.3.3 but no change.. Installing the Beta version does not help much.. It seems to install almost complete when the error msg comes.. In fact, I suspect file no 6 was corrupt, because when I tried download it at work it did not download at all..just hanged there.. So , I did it again now at home..spent 3 hrs total, re-downloaded part 1 and 6, uninstalled the Codemeter files, installed v.3.3 again and..voila! it works!! :shocked: so..thank's for help guys,..I am happy now 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lieste, thanks for your concern, but I made it! there was a file corrupt I think..especially no 6..
