If you already have a time limited license you don't need a new one to use 4.1. 4.1 isn't out yet, it should be ready to download on Monday, the 29th. The maps installer should be downloadable tomorrow, so people can start downloading it early as it's much larger than the rest of the simulator. And the Armata will be in 4.1.
