Rotareneg
During the TGIF last night I killed a SA-9 with a HE round from a VEC at 1:50:07, but a few seconds later it returned to life and drove away. The vehicle did not have a revive condition. Members Ssnake
Might have been a network glitch due to packet loss? Shot resolution is done at the shooting client's level, then the results are reported up to the host. If that message never arrives, well, ... Of course, that's just one possible explanation. The question is, can you replicate this with debug logging enabled for both Host and Client. If not, it's going to be difficult to get to the core of the matter.
Moderators Volcano Posted September 3, 2019 Moderators Share Posted September 3, 2019 Yeah, I guess the only way to know for certain would be to have the host's AAR. 🤔 Otherwise it might be a good idea to play around with offline and see if you can get the same result with VEC firing HE at SA-9. If it doesn't happen then yeah, probably a network hiccup between host and clients (FWIW, my AAR is the same too).
