Something wrong happend to my license/stick (?)

Hi,

Few days ago I reinstaled SB Pro PE 4.023. Trying to start game, I get "License failure…." https://1drv.ms/u/s!AvwJjdH4deeRivso7bRJjrQdBvqu8Q?e=Hyx3r5 Few months ago everything was OK.What could happened to stick/license? Please help.

In your picture, the CodeMeter stick is shown in red color. Usually that means that it is locked. You'd need to unlock it, in the CodeMeter Control Center. If you have set a password, you'll need to enter it. If you haven't but still get prompted for it, first generation CM sticks had the factory default password "CodeMeter" (note the capitalized letters).

It is strange because I never changed password or do somethign similar with CM...

If the CM stick is stuck in Firmware Upgrade Mode, please check the post below and restart the firmware upgrade process at least one more time, hopefully to complete it (if if still won't finish after three or four attempts, please contact me by email):

Ideally, attach to your email a file named "CmDust-Result.log". To create it, open the Windows STart menu. Type "cmdu" to find the CmDUST diagnostic app (part of the CodeMeter installation). Run it. When done, it'll open a new window of the Windows File Explorer, in it you'll find the file.
