minimum network requirement

Unless you plan to host multiplayer sessions, bandwidth is rarely an issue these days, yours is fine for participating in multiplayer sessions.

More important is the round trip time between you and the session host, you can see that from within steelbeasts, the assembly area is an easy way to compare your ping  time with other clients in the session. The consistency and reliability of your connection is arguably the best indicator and unfortunately a little harder to determine, not least because it tends to vary over time.

I think his concern though (based on posts elsewhere) is that he can consistently play with "far away" people (e.g. BG ANZAC) but sessions with "neighbours" (e.g. Kanium) are problematic.

So as far as "minimum requirements" are concerned per thread title, they are well exceeded. But "minimum" can mean anything between "works for small sessions" and "doesn't crash if you attempt to do anything, no matter how ineffectual it is". The more accurate answer then is, "it depends", but if that's more helpful is up for debate. :o

All the relevant factors have been listed in this thread already. That these factors aren't aways easy to determine doesn't change the fact that they are the important factors aside from bandwidth, and that signal roundtrip ("ping") times will vary over time is the nature of the internet, unfortunately.

In short, from what you posted we cannot see a problem, but empirical observation trumps theory every time.
