Ziggy1977 Posted March 30, 2020 Share Posted March 30, 2020 Hi all, A newbie to SB. I have updated SB to ptach 4.162 then 4.163. After this patch when I insert my codemeter and start SB, my screen has a message stating that I have a licence error and need to have my CodeMeter Control Centre Running (this has not happned before). Gibsonm Posted March 30, 2020 Share Posted March 30, 2020 (edited) Hi, Welcome to the forum. Apart from downloading the software, did you also buy the upgrade when 4.1x (4.157 IIRC) came out? Buying the upgrade to 4.1 gets you a new licence so you can run 4.162, 4.163, etc. The reason why I ask is that you don't say if you had previously successfully run 4.157 and the issue has only arisen after upgrading to 4.162 / 4.163?
