SB won't start after applying latest patch

Hello guys, SB wont start with this error:

· CodeMeter 100146:11111
   Failure reason: CmContainer Entry not found, Error 200.
· CodeMeterAct 5000173:71091
   Failure reason: The Usage Period has expired - en-/decryption cannot be performed, Error 71.

Did you have a time limited licence or the dongle?

If the dongle, what version of SB did you purchase it for?

 

...or to phrase it differently: what was the latest version you used before patching?

I have this problem too. I bought SBPPE last September and I was able to use it up until a month or two ago. As far as I know, I bought the full, regular license and I haven't updated my game in some time, so I don't know if I steel need to upgrade my license. Does it expire? My dongle is in the USB port and the CM Control Center says my license is activated.

If you have a CM stick, then no, your PE license will never expire.

As to what happened in your case, from what you describe I can't say. Maybe you should first look up what your CM stick says about itself in the WebAdmin, see here:

The next question is, do you get error messages?

If so, please tell us the full text of every error message that you get on startup.

Webadmin says my copy of SB Pro ACT expired in October of last year, which was probably for the 1-month trial period I had until my stick arrived. I updated my license once the stick arrived and I've played the sim since then, most recently in April IIRC.

Do I need to re-register or something?

 

My ic.codemeter.com account says I have two active licenses, but I don't see the Pro PE 4.1 license anywhere on my stick or WebAdmin.

I can but ask you to submit your details by email; please run the CmDUST diagnostic tool and attach it to your email to me. (In the Start Menu | CodeMeter program folder is a tool named "CmDUST"; run it. It will open a Windows File Explorer window at the end containing the "CmDust-Result.log" file.)
