Gibsonm
Often people have two screens and want to see the 3D world on one and the map (F5) on another. To do this you need to run two sessions (i.e. have Steel Beasts running twice) and have the sessions set to be in "windowed" mode so they can sit side by side. You need to setup a network session that doesn't leave your house (or even computer). Open 1st instance, select Network Session and then select "host". Open 2nd instance, select Network Session and then select "client". Connect to the host (1st instance). Use 127.0.0.1 as the IP address in the box in the top right corner. Give the second instance a different name (e.g. "user-map"). Arrange the screens as required Pick the same vehicle as the host machine (with say a name of "user") picks Start the session Use "user" to fight the battle in the 3D world. Use "user-map" for the F5 / map view. Edited December 25, 2020 by Gibsonm
