4.265 install issue

I could use some assistance,

I Went to update/install 4.265 from 4.167 today.

while installing 4.265 I got a message stating that I was missing update KB2999226, So the installer will not complete but the update is installed. I tried a hard reboot and that didn't work.

fwiw I've always had sbpro on a separate drive from the os which has never been an issue in the past.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I think its to do with you having Windows 7.

 

A quick search for "KB2999226" found two pages of posts.

 

Somewhere in that list there maybe something that helps.

Yeah, there isn't really anything that we can do to help you. That Windows update must be applied ... or you upgrade to Windows 10. I know, I know.
