Members Ssnake
Don't know what's going on with the German community's site, but for weeks I've now only seen an SSL error message from my browser(s) when trying to connect to their forum. Does anyone know specifics?
Gibsonm
Looks like their SSL certificate may have expired.
Members Ssnake
That would usually give a security warning, but not completely refuse to connect at all. Besides, this has gone on since at least September. But I haven't heard anything about it, so I'm beginning to wonder if it's a "me problem".
Abraxas
I usually have the same problem with the 911 forums. Occasionally, however, I get a connection. Gladiator (911) tried to point out to the Admin: no reaction. For several weeks, even months, I have not seen any activities in this community! For this reason, too, some former 911 members have formed a small SB community: SBProPE-GefGem. If anyone is interested, send me a PM.

Administrators Sean Posted November 22, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 22, 2021 It's more than just an expired certificate. Errors like this happen when there is a web server misconfiguration.
Dr.Thodt
Oops, I'm so sorry to missed this. I've had some serious issues with our webserver. First (and root cause) for this was our hoster switched the IP adresses of the server and i missed to reconfigure some (important) DNS entries. So the certificate had the wrong IP Adress. Unfortunately at the same time I had also some serious private problems (my mother got cancer) so I had not the time to take care of it. I hope it's fixed now. If not (reload the page with Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl +R) please let me know. Edited December 3, 2021 by Dr.Thodt
