Players getting an Error when joining my Session

We've played together before via a different host (last night!)

My ports are open - they can SEE the session

Players are getting a map package error (we're playing scenarios we've played together). No change on any machines.

Well, what IS with that map package?

All errors are related to it. If the map can't be accessed, the scenario can't load, the network session cannot be created, so the clients can't join.

Weird thing....Major Duck was getting a map package error but Rooks was getting something different.

The time stamps in both protocols don't match. 22:11 for all the map package errors, 15:34 for the rest. Maybe the maps issue is unrelated (but not a good sign).

In the afternoon, both logs report a time-out. Would be useful to see the server side of the log.

I don't know which log is from client and which is from host, what am I supposed to make of this?
