Members Ssnake
Difficult to say what's going on. If it were a license issue, there'd be an error message about a missing license. Still, maybe we should start there. Do you have a CM stick (USB device), or a time-limited license? If a USB stick, please plug it in, then open the Windows Start Menu. Type "cmdu" to find the diagnostic utility "CmDUST". Run it. When done, it'll open a new window of the Windows File Explorer. There, you'll find "CmDust-Result.log". Please attach that file to an email, and send that email to me (Ssnake) or Sales (@eSimGames.com) for inspection.

Members Ssnake
Has Microsoft changed it again? Anyway, it's included in the Steel Beasts installer; in fact, it's the first component that gets installed in the process, so there's no need to download it separately.
