4.3 Repair all and Revive logic

I made a shooting range scene that sets the REPAIR ALL and REVIVE logic to the targets to make them "more durable". They are working well in 4.1 and 4.2, but in 4.3 the targets will always be destroyed.How to keep them not destroyed?

They will not revive if they explode. So if you see the vehicle suffer a turret pop it will not revive.

In 4.2, even if the target explode it will not be really destroyed, it will take a smoke and continue to move. But it changed in 4.3.

Consider making the player's tank "impotent" and the other targets blind.

Alternatively, give the player shitty ammunition to reduce his chances of completely destroying his targets.
