I've mentioned this before. But I thought it best to recap the problem.

The software can download the map package from the server smoothly. However, an error occurs when unpacking the map package and moving it to the map folder. I had enough disk space, and I was able to manually add the map file to the map folder, and the program loaded the map file without any problems.

I didn't have this problem with version 4.2. But after installing version 4.3, I was baffled by this. I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it, but the problem didn't go away.

I think this is the moment where I would ask you to send me, by email, the pertinent log files of the transfer manager, and the transfer service, as shown here:
