Ordered a 1 month license via PayPal yet it was instantly cancelled even though I was charged?

So I paid for the one month license, and everything seemed fine, it gave me this

So I waited for an Email Confirmation, which I then received  Here, and I checked my bank account, and it was there

But in the Email I recieved from ESimGames, it says the order was cancelled? This is the only Email I recieved from ESimGames Here and this is what it says upon viewing my order Here

Alright, nevermind, was just a very delayed email to activate, but it finally arrived, I'm glad it didn't break
