Monkie
I am wanting to install my SBProPE onto a new Vista laptop 64bit. I am wondering if there is a step by step guide that will help me get all of the game and codemeter updates in the correct order so I can get back to blowing things up again? Thanks.
Members Ssnake
Install 2.460, and everything will be done automatically.
Monkie
If 2.46 is the upgrade then that is out of the question due to my financial situation. Otherwise do I just install from the CD and then run the sim using the codemeter stick? then I apply all the patches and then update the the codemeter software for 64bit? OR do I install the 64bit CM software first and then install from the disk and then patch?thanks
Members Ssnake
Install 2.370. Uninstall the CodeMeter software (if it installs at all, I don't think so). Download the 64 bit CodeMeter runtime from here. In addition you may need to download and install the 64 bit version of DirectX 9.0c from Microsoft.com.
Monkie
Ok, I'll see if I can't get things running without breaking something. Thanks for the quick answer.
Monkie
Didn't break a thing. Install from CD (wouldn't run with codemeter stick). Updated codemeter software Vista 64bit and then ran program everything ok. Then installed 2.37 Beta and everything works great and didn't have to redo any installation of codemeter software.thanks
Members Ssnake
The installation from CD was an unnecessary step. 2.370 is a standalone installation and doesn't require a previous version to be present. The same will apply to 2.460.
