Use of 50 Cal on M1A1

Is there a way to take control and fire manually the 50Cal on the M1A1. I am on the SB Prof PE version 2.37. I have ordered the latest upgrade from ESIm. If there is no way to take manual control of the 50 cal, then why has this not been addressed. Best Regards

So is there no way to directly operate the roof mounted 50 cal?

Should I ask why are you resurrecting a 9 year old thread?

In any case to answer your question, yes, you can control it.

As posted in this same thread towards the top:

Press F3 while on the TC station....and there you go.

Left-right with Joystick...elevation with arrow keys.

Hope that helps

Because thats why forums exist, brother.

And I could have sworn that in times past, maybe even SB1 (which I have) that the TC when up top could directly control that 50 cal.  Heck of alot easier to see and use the weapon when unbuttoned.

Perhaps you were thinking of M1 Tank Platoon? You can fire the .50 cal there buttoned up or unbuttoned.

Well I *DO* have M1TP2 installed and running so that could be so, I will check that and advise.

Cheers...Im 52 andso my memory fails me at times...
