Same log file shows in any scenario I run.

I think that they are referring to models that have been replaced in the resource files, so you can safely ignore these. In any case, you can ignore log files most of the time. However, if you experience a crash, please save the file in a new location/under a different name before you re-start SB Pro PE and send me the log file for further analysis.
