Tacbat
I tried creating a situation where the radios would be damaged, then repaired after a certain time. It doesn't seem to work though. I set up a quick scenario with trigger 1 to damage the radios, and trigger 2 to repair them. Trigger 1 works, but trigger 2 doesn't. The red "Radio" message at the top right of the screen remains, but seems to go transparent. Also, if you try giving the vehicles a new route, the waypoint also goes transparent, and you aren't able to adjust the waypoint's position. Kinda weird, so I thought that I'd mention it. singleshot
works for me. You have to deactivate the first trigger.
Tacbat
OK, but if I deactivate the first trigger, how do I damage the radios in the first place?
singleshot
you still need the first trigger. While playing the scenario:select trigger1 (e.g. in the map) -> radio damageddeselect trigger1 (in the map) -> nothing happensselect trigger2 -> radio repaireddeselect trigger2 -> nothing happensselect trigger1 (e.g. in the map) -> radio damageddeselect trigger1 (in the map) -> nothing happens...you can do this again and again...
GH_Lieste
OK, but if I deactivate the first trigger, how do I damage the radios in the first place? While trigger 1=true, radio damage. While trigger 2=true, repair radio damagebut, while trigger 1=true, radio damage...If you set, then unset trigger 1, the radios will be damaged once, but on repair will remain functional. If you leave trigger 1 active, then without further conditions it will kill the repaired radio immediately.
Tacbat
Ah, got it. I was unaware that you could "Unset" a trigger. Perhaps I should rescript using an event...
GH_Lieste
Ah, got it. I was unaware that you could "Unset" a trigger. Perhaps I should rescript using an event...They are toggles - the current state is reflected by the presence of a check-mark next to the name in the list of triggers.
