Scoring

I have been designing a few scenarios that we play with a group of Gents and so far I have almost completely dismissed the Victory Conditions issue.

If I want to punish one side for just aiming to defeat the enemy whilst losing too many units (like in R/L), what parameters do I have to set?

So far I have been employing scoring for events, like occupied objectives or for enemy units destroyed, but that isn´t enough. :confused:
