VegasGeorge
I'm having trouble setting an avatar in teamspeak. I keep getting the "invalid size" response, even on tiny images (77X102, 12 KB). So what's up with that?

VegasGeorge
Thanks for the reply Tacbat, but I'm still having problems. No matter what size file I try to upload for the avatar it gives me the "invalid size" message. I've tried a really small 100X100 12KB file, and a larger 300X300 file, and several in-between. It doesn't like any of them. I post avatars all the time on forums with no trouble. What the heck could be wrong? It wouldn't even take the little avatar I use here.
daskal
I'm having the same problems, I guess this is rather some security issue - lack of rights/permissions on the user side. I'm registered to TS3 on 2 computers and I'm able to upload an avatar on one of them, but I can't get it to work on the other one.
Tacbat
Hmm, I don't know what to tell you. I just uploaded mine which was 100x89 and 4kb. Could there be an issue of using a different version of TS3 then what the server is running??
Administrators Sean Posted March 5, 2010 Administrators Share Posted March 5, 2010 Once I upgrade the server you should be able to do it.
Froggy
The admin has to gave our more space to use avatar (for sean, it's in client permissions\client\ Max avatar filesize in bytes.) (by default it's OFF or 75 bytes)
