Sean and I were talking about this last night; the DG chapter for maps is being reworked to incorporate SBProPE-related changes and differences. I have no idea if I can raise or lower terrain in the map editor so I imagine you would have to import some type of terrain height file. I have no idea what to do. I've been able to figure out how to create dug in positions using a ditch but thats it.
