purchacing 2.538 - mail is not arrived

i purchaced SB 2.538 upgrade licence at about half hours before and i prefectly confirmed recipt, but licence mail is not recieved yet.

my friend said mail was arrived only 5 minute.

is that some problem of mailing system?

Some people have had issues with their email software deciding that the incoming license email was spam and relegated it to the “junk” folder (or whatever your email software calls it).

So perhaps have a look there?

Hoping you don’t have a rule setup to automatically delete “spam”?

Or does Hotmail perhaps try to be helpful and block spam before it gets to you (sorry I’ve never used Hotmail, gmail or those other non ISP based type email systems)?

um,, hotmail has automatically delete spams that after receiveing 2weeks.

and @esimgames.com is not on blocklist : newsletters arrived well.

If you can tell me the email address which you gave when making the purchase, I can still find your ticket. Or any other detail that you remember, with the exception of the credit card number - I have no access to that.
