Update order question - RESOLVED

I just ordered the update and received the order confirmation but did not receive the second e-mail. How long does it usually take to get the one containing the "upgrade ticket"?

Mere seconds. You should receive it the same moment as the order confirmation. If it isn't there, most likely it's stuck in the spam filter - or maybe an anti-virus program thinks that the ticket is some form of a trojan horse or an encrypted URL or something. I can assure you however, it is not.

If you can't find it, please forward to me your order confirmation by email and I will then look it up.

Thanks guys. It was in the spam box but when I went to the codemeter site I get this error:

"An error occurred while loading a plugin. Please make sure you have Java and the latest version of CodeMeter Runtime Kit installed, then reload this page."

I have both of these loaded. Any ideas?

Make sure to have the CodeMeter runtime version 4.20a installed (not 4.20). You can download it from here:

I did that and reran the codemeter stuff. I then noticed one of those yellow security bars at the top of the screen. clicked that and I am now good to go.

The quick replies are greatly appreciated. This seems like a great community.

I'm looking forward to learning this sim.

One more question tho. How does the crazy search button work on this website?

I have tried to look stuff up but have not had any success getting any hits.
