To be honest I've been spending far too much time down the pub recently, so I need an excuse to stay in. Edit: Can we maybe do this Sunday? Been invited out for a birthday Sat Night. I'm afraid the three days I had planned to send this week (yesterday, today and tomorrow) were taken away from me at short notice (ironically to present at our Army Simulation Conference). Since they paid for me to go to ITEC I have to now "sing for my supper". So unfortunately this planned activity for this weekend has to be delayed. I know next weekend (18/19 June) is out too. So I'm now looking at the weekend after that (25/26 June). Woke up to find the GB switch has died and of course the brain dead useless Windows shi*box (useless for everything else but SB Pro that is) doesn't have WiFi and can now not connect to the router. Meanwhile the smug Apple Mac Book Pro keeps going as nothing happened. Of course if we had SB Pro PE for OS X ... Bah, If SB Pro used Open GL instead of Direct X. Nils would be laughing all the way to the bank: "You use Linux in your Training suites? However certain circumstances have arisen that mean I'm "at work" for at least the next 7 days or so. So since I wont be home for this weekend, I think you can assume that it wont be on. After that it is also a bit open ended, this is the 4th "short notice" task (i.e. less the 48hrs notice) that I 've had. I'm wary of saying "its on on X date" only to post a correction 24 hours later. I guess the good news is the new patch should be out and distributed by the time I get some time "off" that I can re direct to the campaign (much to the disappointment of my wife and the lawns and ...). So I'm afraid its still "wait out" until maybe 10 - 11 July (need a few days prior to get the scenario to Zip, update the briefing, etc.). No but when its planning for and conduct of operations versus a game (no matter how good the game is) well the game comes a long second.
