Profile question

I bought a new system and just installed Pro PE, now I wonder where the player profiles are stored, since I'd like to transfer my old profile to the new PC.

EDIT: I found a profile in the my documents folder under eSimgames\SB\reports, but exchanging the "ParaBellum" file there with with the one from my old systen didn't give me my old stats ingame.

from page 4 of the SB Pro Manual:

APPDATA: The directory that serves as a repository for application-specific data. A typical path is: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\ApplicationData\eSim Games\Steel Beasts.

The APPDATA directory contains

Options file

Records file (ppf file)

note that you have to enable "Show hidden files and folders" in the Folder Options/view menu before you will be able to see that folder.

Hmm...that didn't work.

Found the folder and copied it to the new drive and into the appropriate folder, but still can't see my old stats. Any ideas?

It may be an ownership issue if you copied it with all the NTFS attributes. You may want to consult the Windows Help function how to assume ownership of a file.

Problem solved, finally found the correct folder, got confused with the german/english folder names.
