Falli, the 3rd Regimiento Tizona will have 7 players for the event.

Maybe a bit too many for a single platoon of Bradleys. If you need, some of us can fill up some other slots although it would be great if we all could stay within the same Company at least.

Here we go:

The new Hünfeld ter, all the new Skins for the Buildings, Streets aso, a blank Sce. with Townnames to have a first look at. (14,2 MB)

Don´t forget to backup your other Skins in the Autum Folder.

First Sce. wil be a H2H with US as RED in Attack EAST - WEST

US starts at the Area of FÜRSTENECK - UFHAUSEN

Second (see Map below) will be a COOP defending the Red Tide

The Sce. will be online on Saturday 30 Minutes before we start.

The correct Skins for the Tanks you will find here:

http://www.steelbeasts.org/downloads.php?do=file&id=967

If there are Problems to download them on the German Site, let me know!

The Huenfeld 2012 folder includes 1 terr file, several sce files and a lot of dds files. While the location for the terr and sce files is clear to me. Can you tell me where to locate the dds?

Regarding the skinpack I am also having troubles.

I have moved the Blue folder files into my Autum folder and the Gold files into my autum/red folder but my Blue side M2A2 and M1 are still using the usual skins and not the ones for this exercise. What I am doing wrong?

By the way, the first glimpse to the terrain scenario left me astounded, One of the best and most beautiful I have seen in Steel Beasts, Really impressive!!!

Hola

Copy the .dds Files also in your Woodland/Autum Mod/Texture Folder.

This are the Road- and House Models I made for this Map.

Be sure to backup your old Files if you have some!

If you don´t copy them it would not hurt, just looks a bit strange....

P.S.: I also edit (make it "Not so Loud) the Leop 1 Sound Mod, should be in the Download Area soon..!

Seems there is some confusion about the textures...

there are 2 skinpacks:

1x Eisenschwein

it´s for special road sign and buildings textures for the HUENFELD-map, height map, ter map.

nothing to do with the FULDA- map

1x Falli

only timely vehicle skins for the upcoming LNOT with appropriate markings

1st sce is a H2H, 3 are COOP

- There are 2 parties, BLUE and GOLD/ORANGE, which was a quite normal and timely organisation form during REFORGER maneuvers.

For SB this means, BLUE is BLUE, GOLD is RED for the H2H, makes sense, isn´t it?

- In order to use all skins for all scenarios (following 3 COOPs), it is necessary to copy the GOLD files also in the BLUE directory, so you have also got timely skins for US units when fighting against russian/eastgerman RED material in the COOPs.

- to be on the safe side... use this procedure for the autumn AND woodland directories (i don´t know, which terrain/texture theme is chosen in detail).

- for the infantry... just copy files to your original SB/textures/camo/woodland/DE folder

and don´t forget to make backups or create special folders ;)

Hmm so besides the HUENFELD do we need tha other FULDA map?

Can you please confirm that?

If affirmative, please where we can download it?

normally the "map" data is included in the scenario, you don´t have to download a stand-alone map, if this is not a misunderstanding.

therefore, all you basically need for all 4 missions and both maps (HUENFELD + FULDA) is the fulda-gap height map :)

Yes, sincere thanks to all involved in organising this outstanding event. The amount of work required to put it together is evident and the quality of every aspect really shone through.

I hope to join you again for another Long Night of Tanks in future.

Cheers

I was going to post its companion image “The one and only way to look at a 2S1 Battalion” but I thought the grief might be too great. :)

I'm responsible for the death of 10 of them, Darklabor received a direct 122mm shot from a 2S1 he had killed a second before.

Hell of a night, THX SO MUCH GUYS for this terrific event :smilelove-1:

I hope the COs were not too drunken for you ;)

All participants of LNoT can use the following ribbon for their signatures:

attachment.php?attachmentid=17669&d=1349708814

For all of you, who played the whole 10h of action, there´s an individual one:

attachment.php?attachmentid=17670&d=1349708814

Perhaps Duke could post the list of the last participants in mission 4.

Hope those graphics will work,... :)

Although I couldn't be there, is there any AARs from the event?
