Splash
Some unpublished 3.0 pics for nostalgia's sake: Moving under cover into OBJ KERMIT during climactic battle in Camp Hornfelt. A typical ending of that scenerio for me. A mechanized version of the assault on OBJ KERMIT. This one reminded me of "The Walking Dead." Some small, forgotten desert scenerio. MAJ_Fubar's skin here. Action shot while working on a U.S. reskin for the Apache. Trying to be artful. Looking forward to 4.0.

jtyotJOTJIPAEFVJ
4.0 hit effects look great. They're not terribly well optimized for Marder rate of fires though.
Members Ssnake
Well, on the Marder, you're simply not SUPPOSED to fire in bursts (at least not long bursts) UNLESS it's an air target. Once that you develop a habit of shooting three to five rapid single shots I suppose you'll find it quite OK.
jtyotJOTJIPAEFVJ
I know, but a burst of 50 rounds looks far more impressive. Besides, that BMP was still alive after that, although totally disabled. The 20mm isn't that great at killing things.
Members Ssnake
Wait - you want it to "look impressive" but at the same time you say that "the effects aren't optimized for the Marder"? This is like wearing camouflage uniform and a yellow warning vest for workplace safety.
Moderators Volcano Posted August 11, 2016 Moderators Share Posted August 11, 2016 Nice screenshots Marder. You also reminded me that I forgot to update the Sinai Operation's scenarios to use the new Shot Kal. ...I will do that in the first major update...
