Needles to say it was completely destroyed.The sound I made after discovering this caused my wife to ask if someone had just died..LOLI contacted Nils and through numerous emails we have everything solved and a new dongle is on the way. Alicatt Posted March 14, 2013 Share Posted March 14, 2013 Between Nils here at eSim and Sandi at CIG they are the two best customer services I have had the pleasure dealing with.They should be an example to other companies on how to satisfy their customers, one large software distributer who shall reamain nameless will not be getting any further business from me. To be honest, a part of the lengthy email exchange was caused by my incompetence, so we could have been a bit faster and more efficient. I also have to say that the overwhelming majority of SB Pro PE customers are patient and a pleasure to work with, despite the occasional failures that cause frustration. While it's easy to be better in customer service than certain behemoth game publishers if you're small, ultimately the whole customer service thing can be summarized to treat your customers just like you would like to be treated as well.
