Ssnake confirmed that helos can be scripted to land and drop off/pick up troops.

Not sure "playable" is the term you'd use, but you noted that too.

I have heard the Military version of SB has more user functions then the PE version

Pretty sure you can already do this with a CH-47.

Look for "Heliborne Troops" in my Primer series in the "Some How to Guides" thread or the Downloads area.

Exactly! That too! It's a really interesting piece of equipment.

The really good point about that tank (destroyer) is that it has been built as a defensive equipment rather than the "basic design" that we all know. It would force us to use it unconventionally, wich is a good thing.

Unfortunately, if it comes to SB it should be followed by a dynamic terrain preparation, wich is more a professional feature...

@Stevo SB Pro PE is not a game it is actually a sim to train military armor crews.

It is made available to public but those who would appreciate it are mostly armor enthusiasts or ex military themselves.

You should not be judging SB Pro PE as if it were another game.

Sure one can have a lot of fun playing SB Pro PE but SB Pro PE was built as a training tool first and foremost than a game. It is fun when played as a game but don't lose the perspective you're not playing a game.
