pvtkramer
what version of the Codemeter software do you have installed?the newest versions are found on the following page. choose either the 32 bit or 64 bit version depending on the version of Vista that you are using.http://codemeter.com/us/service/downloads.html
Members Ssnake
If you have just installed the release version, you need to uninstall the CodeMeter software and install the one from the link above. Also, make sure to install the latest DirectX 9.0c version (or at least the one that is on the installation CD) since Vista's DirectX 10 is not fully backwards compatible. Fortunately Vista allows the parallel installation of different DirectX versions, Windows couldn't do that in past versions.

Companion
peku// just try what ssnake says and you'll be fine (I'm running it w/ vista too) 1. uninstall that CodeMeter software (that is, software for the cm-stick) 2. follow the link kramer gave you (http://codemeter.com/us/service/downloads.html) 3. Download and install either "CodeMeter Runtime-Kit 3.30a for Windows 32 Bit (20,8 MB)" or "CodeMeter Runtime-Kit 3.30a for Windows 64 Bit (16,7 MB)" If you're not so sure whether your vista is 32 or 64 bit, go to Control Panel -> System and look for "System type" 4. Enjoy your SB Pro
