AllenInWV
How does one use the M2 on the Hummers?? And do the commander weapons operate the same on the Leos as they do the M1?

Itkovian
Which brings another newbie question to mind:Is anyone else having weird "ranging" issues when using the coax? For example, I've been lighting up some tanks on the horizon, then notice an infantry unit in a woods at close range. When I turn the turret and switch to the coax, even after obtaining a range on those units, when I fire the coax the shots are fired in a ballistic trajectory that is faaaar too high to hit the target (as it it was trying to hit something 2000 meters away). I end up having to aim far below the target to depress the coax far enough to hit the target. Is this some sort of bug, or am I doing something wrong?Thank you.Itkovian
dejawolf
the LRF isn't a pinpoint utility, the laserbeam widens over range. what is most likely happending, is that the lase3r is both hitting the soldiers, and ground far behind them. try aiming lower when lasing.
Itkovian
I'll do some practice runs to test that out.I need to get some more training on the leo1 anyway. I've been playing the Byto scenario, which are quite enjoyable, but I need some practice with the finer systems (the major difference here being that you generally will not survive the first hit, making things rather interesting *grin*).Itkovian
