organisation/order of battle info

Hi guys,

I'm trying to get my head round the organisation/order of battle and composition of different military forces, you know brigade, battalion, company etc. and figure out down to the squad level how different forces are organised, but despite there being a lot of info out there I can't find anything that's concise, clear, complete and gives a good picture of organization from company to squad level, has anybody found any good web resources I could use as an "at a glance" reference

Also, I'd love to get my hands on some sort of open source modern war gaming info as well for point values, for "balancing" scenarios and missions to but again I've had no luck with that either -has anyone seen or know of anything like that?

Thanks CR2_Commander, I take it for this the CR2 Sqn has 14 CR with 3 troops of 4 plus XO and CO.
