Licenses problems

A friend of mine have 8 licenses, but he cannot play as the Codemeter says that no licenses are available, how he have to do in order to play with another guy with and without Hamachi?

Yes I'm Stratos friend and yes, I have 8 licenses on my Cmstick. Don't know why but is telling me that I have no more licenses available, here you can see what I say.

You did activate the "Start license server" checkmark in the Web Admin's Configuration/Network dialog box?

If so, are all clients using the same port number as the license server, and is that port open per your firewall and router/switch settings?

you have to start licence server, and to use the hamachi address as network adress,in order to share licences.
