RENEGADE-623
Had to totally redo my laptop. Reinstalled SB 3.0 and updated it to 3.011. copied my mod files from my backup into the new one and now this happened: the old decals are still visible even tho i have the new decals loaded.

Temporarily clean out your texture mods folder and that should clear it up.
RENEGADE-623
did that, ran the program, then reloaded the textures, still does it
Moderators Volcano Posted July 30, 2014 Moderators Share Posted July 30, 2014 did that, ran the program, then reloaded the textures, still does itHmm, well, no idea really. The problem is, that underlying texture does not belong to the game itself, it is a modded texture. The decals are just doing what they know to do, apply themselves over the base texture. The base (modded) texture however is not setup to support decals, so who ever made the modded texture should have provided a blank placeholder to the decals to basically make them all transparent (because they put the stuff directly on the texture itself).Maybe you put the modded texture inside of the game's texture folder itself?
RENEGADE-623
finally fixed it, I forgot about the decals file itself and put my bumper numbers on the actual model dds instead, finally found the correct decals files for each tank so now its fixed :c:
