Hello,

what are the armor values of the M1A2 and the Leopard2A5A2DK, the M1A2SEP,the Challenger2 and the T 90S (all around, top and fllor plate) in the game?

Is there any data available in the last manual?

Will we see a M1A2SEP TUSK1/2 in the game in future?

What is to expect about the side armor for this (against KE, HEAT, Tandem HEAT) ?

Is there any data available in the last manual?

The manual deals with the user interface, design principles, and the underlying basics from which our modeling & simulation is derived. Vehicle-specific stuff is not covered in the manual, except for giving some illustrating examples.

Will we see a M1A2SEP TUSK1/2 in the game in future?

I refrain from speculating about future versions of SB Pro and what they may bring. In principle, any armored fighting vehicle from the mid to late 1960s until present (or even near future) is desirable to have in Steel Beasts. In addition to mere desirability we must however also have the necessary opportunity, which includes budget, time, programmers and artists, and usually access to the vehicle. Only if all these elements are Go we'll have a launch.

What is to expect about the side armor for this (against KE, HEAT, Tandem HEAT) ?

Time permitting we will put such information into the SB Wiki. Protection values (as well as ammunition performance data) are often estimates, and subject to change (if new information comes to light). The Wiki pages may not always be updated to reflect the latest changes.

Like Ssnake said, wiki "armor painting" picture does not necessarily reflect actual armor model as implemented in game. Though it would give general idea. Current exception is T-90S I believe, which has bugged ERA right now that actually make the vehicle more vulnerable.

One time, someone asked about a (in-game) Challenger 2 frontal turret penetration right under GPS by Leo 2A6E default KE ammo. Answer was that due to space needed for GPS housing, that part has only about half the armor thickness compared to rest of the turret front and is thus relatively weak. Wiki data does not reflect details and quirks like this.
