If it is then in the reserves we have had them in the armoured world from about the 80's. I my self have has both gunners and drivers. My unit had the first qualified Cougar crew commander in the country. Before this they operated in a adm role.The regular force is currently training them and has has operated with female troop commander in A'tan. No real restrictions in our army at the moment.
