No, you don't get punished for breaking the laws of physics, but for obeying them, which is strictly non-optional, and punishment is applied by obeying the the laws.

Yes I'm not sure which I prefer;

the float on top of the water as shown here (and with DD tanks), or

the drive across the bottom relying on "conning tower" to supply oxygen and hoping that the river bed isn't deeper than the conning tower's height. :)

I guess for the driver it's almost the same experience either way :eek:
