DarkLabor
I wouldn't draw too much conclusion from that photo.According to my intel, three tanks are already damaged and repatriated (as of Sept 20th).Two tanks were damaged by IED/AT mine, damaging the running gear. The third got hit in the bar armor. On that photo, the bar armor is quite untouched. The left track is the only hint that something isn't right. The bar armor pannels are in a maintenance position living the crew/maintenance team room to work. The configuration of the tilted pannels indicates that the sprockets have been decoupled to the powerpack in order to tow the vehicle. This photo in its original form let me think that the tank had already been towed to a safe area/futur assembly area.A photo of the left side of that tank would be more useful to assess what happened to that tank.

DarkLabor
Yup!In addition, the UAE is really preservative of its key assets.I discovered at my expense that they really keep their Leclerc under wraps (and yet I was just detailing the history of the prototypes...).
