That's why we need to go 64 bit in the first place, even though we can actually no longer store all the needed data in memory but have to start paging from disk. The map sizes simply increase substantially. It's way less than the pure multiplication factor from the resolution increase suggests, but it's still a lot more than even 64 bit Windows computers will typically be able to handle.
